Lakhs of Indian fans and gamers of PUBG Mobile India are waiting eagerly for the launch Indian version of PUBG Mobile – Battlegrounds Mobile India. But ever since Krafton announced Battlegrounds Mobile India, gamers and fans were busy looking for similarities with a banned version of PUBG Mobile.
And also, according to an IGN India report, The company has admitted that the Indian version – Battlegrounds Mobile India is much similar to PUBG Mobile and the same as PUBG Mobile global version. Krafton CEO CH Kim has said about this in his recent statement to the media.

On June 3, Kim said in a statement on the official game’s website that “We PUBG would like to express our sincere gratitude to our fans and gamers belong to India for their overwhelming response to the Battlegrounds IP first developed by me and my team in 2017”,
He also said, “we received a great love and acclaim from players worldwide for The Battlegrounds IP, and Krafton will continue to build on the IP. We includes our efforts to bring amazing content to Battlegrounds Mobile India and provide a incomparable battle royale experience to our gamers and fans”.

Battlegrounds Mobile India a Refashioned Version of PUBG Mobile:
Krafton was previously called Bluehole in 2017, but the Battlegrounds IP referred by Kim could only mention the most popular battle royale game PUBG, according to the report available, states that the company has launched only a single game title by that year. By the report, Kim’s statement that Krafton was going to build on the same IP means that the Battlegrounds Mobile India game might have identical similarities to the original version of the PUBG mobile game.
Talking about this, it may not be a big deal about the changes made in the game and things; it somewhat seems significant since Krafton has admitted that Battlegrounds Mobile India, the new Indian version, is basically a refashioned version of global PUBG Mobile.
