Uttar Pradesh: An earthquake of 5.2 magnitude took place near Lucknow on Saturday morning i.e on 20-Aug-2022. As reported by the National Center for Seismology.
Everything is normal till the disaster occurred, Around 1.12 am at a depth of 82km below the earth’s ground an earthquake took place with a magnitude of 5.2.

After the incident, the National Center of Seismology confirmed the earthquake occurred at Lattitude:28.07 && a longitude: 81.25 with a depth:82 km, Location: 139km NNE of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
As per reports, there are no casualties, Earlier this Friday one more earthquake has been taken place with mild tremors in the Pithoragarh area in Uttarkhand. The earthquake occurred with a magnitude of 3.6 as per the reading on Richter Scale at 12:55 pm.
The National Center of Seismology also confirms the earthquake with a Magnitude of 3.1 in Jammu and Kashmir’s Hanley village. The incident took place on Friday(19-08-2022)IST, Lattitude: 31.89 && longitude: 78.67, with a depth of 5km, Location: 92km from SSW of Hanley village in Jammu & Kashmir, India.
