Final match of the ICC World Test Championship is being played between India and New Zealand in Southampton. by the end of day 3, Team India has scored a total of 217 runs for 10 wickets in the first innings of this match, and New Zealand had scored 101 for 2 wickets. During the first innings New Zealand fast bowler Kyle Jamieson took 5 wickets. At the end of the day’s play, New Zealand captain Kane Williamson was batting on 12 and Ross Taylor on 0.

Ind vs NZ WTC Final Team India’s first innings :
At first Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill gave a good start to India, Both scored 62 runs before the first wicket, Fast bowler Kyle Jamieson broke the partnership by taking the wicket of Rohit Sharma for 34 runs. Neil Wagner took the second wicket of team Indias young opener batsman Shubman Gill he was caught behind the wicket by scoring 28 runs. After the second wicket Cheteshwar Pujara scored 8 runs in 54 balls. And gived his wicket to Trent Boult and went back to the pavilion.
Indian captain Virat Kohli played well he scored 44 runs in 132 balls, and dismissed by Kiwi fast bowler Kyle Jamieson. After Kohli Rishabh Pant was also sent back to pavilion by Kyle Jamieson for 4 runs he could not show his power in the first innings. Ajinkya Rahane also played well he scored 49 Runs and gived his wicket to Neil Wagner.
At the end Tim Southee took the wicket of R Ashwin he played an innings of 22 runs. Ishant Sharma was also dismissed for 4 runs by Jamieson. Ravindra Jadeja was also dismissed for 15 Trent Boult took the wicket of him. Finally Jasprit Bumrah was given his wicket for without scoring a single run.
Talking about the fall of wickets In the first innings New Zealand, Jamieson took a total of 5 wickets, Boult and Wagner took 2 wickets each while Tim Southee took 1 wicket.

New Zealand came to chase a total target of 217 runs given by the team India the openers Tom Latham and Dowan Conway made a decent start for their team. Both the batsmen scored a partnership of 70 runs without losing a single wicket. R Ashwin breaks the partnership by taking the first wicket of Latham for 30runs, a catch taken by captain Virat Kohli. following that the Second wicket was also taken down Ishant Sharma took the wicket of Conway a catch was taken by Mohammed Shami Conway scored 54 runs for India.
India vs New Zealand, who will be the first Test champion:
For the first time in the history of 144-years Test cricket, the team that wins this final match will not only get the trophy, but the winning team will also get a tittle of becoming the world’s first Test champion. The winning team in this final match will be awarded a prize money of Rs 12 crore and the runner-up team will be awarded of Rs 6 crore.
And also, the team winning the trophy will also be given the Test Mace and in case if the final match is a tie or a draw, then the above mentioned prize money of both winner and the runner-up will be divided equally between two teams in the same way mace is alos been divided. The ICC Test Championship first match was played on August 1, 2019 this final will be the 60th match of the championship.
