Bob Dylan 80, is being sued by a woman, who claims she was sexually abused by him at her 12 in 1965.
She claims that all this was done in Dylan’s apartment in New York’s Chelsea Hotel, US songwriter “exploited his status as a musician to provide [her] with alcohol and drugs and sexually abuse her multiple times”,

Bob Dylan’s spokesman stated that ‘All these claims are false’, The accuser, who is now 68 and lives in the state of Connecticut, is only identified by the initials JC.
The woman claimed that she was sexually abused about a six-week period between April and May 1965. All these 56 years claims are untrue as Bob was in the UK on a tour that was documented in the film Don’t Look Back.

JC says he had caused her “severe psychological damage”.
JC says the star had done “predatory, sexual and unlawful acts”, for which she was suffered with “severe psychological damage and emotional trauma”.
I went through “severe mental distress, anguish, humiliation and embarrassment, as well as economic losses” says JC.
Under the state’s Child Victims Act, A legal case was filed against Bob on Friday at the New York Supreme Court. As the claim was submitted one day before the closure of a temporary legal “look back window” in New York, which raised to the addition of historical abuse allegations.
