You can try this tricks with any ads publishers you are using
There are several possible reasons why you don’t see Adsterra ads on your website.
1. Try This Code
2. You not place the ad code right
Funny as it may sound, it’s a common reason why our clients don’t see the ads. Here’s a quick way to make sure you’ve installed the code at your website:

Go to your Website tab and copy the ad code of the ad format that is not showing (you can learn more how to find a code here).

Open your website in Chrome and right-click any element, select “View page source” to open the page code in a new tab (if you use another browser: your goal is to open the page source from the admin panel).

Press CTRL + F to open the search console and insert the ad code you’ve copied inside the search console and press search. Do you see the ad code?
Option 1: Oops! There’s no ad code at all.

Option 2: You’ve found an ad code. Let’s check if it’s placed correctly!
Check yourself using our article: if you put the code in the wrong spot, it won’t work. In case you are unsure of the ad code placement, feel free to contact our team.
Option 3: All seems to be fine.
You see the ad code inside the Page source tab, you are 100% sure it’s installed properly. Then there might be something with your browser.
3. The web browser issues
Sometimes the majority of your audience sees the ad while you can’t see it from your browser. To cut the long story short, we advise you to do the following:

Visit the same page from a different network: i.e. check the mobile version from a different Wi-Fi or a 3G.

Visit the same page from a different browser, incognito mode, or another device.
4. Your ad codes became inactive
If you did not send any traffic for 30 days then your ad codes became automatically inactive. In order to make them active again you should do following actions:

Log in into your admin panel

Click on Websites tab

Choose domain and click on All Codes button

Click on Inactive button next to ad unit that you want to reactivate
