Venom: Let There Be Carnage Trailer
The trailer for the long-awaited sequel “Venom” is finally here, and so with the new villain Carnage. Fans get a sneak peek of the red symbiote character from the comics, who was introduced at the end of the first film “Venom”, was released in 2018.
Venom 2 What’s in the Trailer
In the released trailer, Cletus Kasady (Woody Harrelson), a crazed serial killer, survives a lethal injection in the prison, which was appears to awaken the evil symbiote inside him and transforms him into Carnage. He and Tom Hardy, whose character Eddie Brock has made some peace with his alter-ego Venom, battle it out in a huge symbiote showdown.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage Release Date
“Venom: Let There Be Carnage” is set to be release on 24 Sept 2021. Originally scheduled for Oct 2020, the movie has been delayed many times due to the COVID, most recently the film was pushed back one week from 17 Sept. to 24 Sept.
Andy Serkis takes over directing for the sequel from Ruben Fleischer, who directed the first film that brought Venom to the large screen as an anti-hero of sorts. The first film “Venom” was a hit at the box office, raking in 855 million dollars globally, and the film September release date poises the sequel Venom 2 to do well at the box office as movie lovers return to the theaters.

“Venom: Let There Be Carnage” also stars actors like Reid Scott as Dan Lewis, Michelle Williams as Anne Weying, and Naomie Harris as the symbiote Shriek.
“Venom: Let There Be Carnage” is given a screenplay by Kelly Marcel and a story by Marcel and Hardy. The film is produced by Marcel, Hardy, Matt Tolmach, Avi Arad, , Amy Pascal and Hutch Parker. Jonathan Cavendish, Barry Waldman, and Ruben Fleischer serve as executive producers. And Marco Beltrami is composing the music for the film.
